Amandeep Singh Virk, a new Foundation accredited trainer by K-Infra

We are proud to announce that Amandeep Singh Virk has successfully become a CP3P Foundation Accredited Trainer by APMG International and will join K-Infra’s trainer team. Congratulations! Amandeep works as an Independent Consultant specialized in PPP and he is a leading international PPP transaction advisor with +21 years of experience.


He has played multiple roles in value chain of PPP projects from ‘concept-to-commissioning’ as well as project monitoring support. His expertise covers formulation of PPP regulatory framework, project screening & prioritization, feasibility studies/business cases, PPP transactions through to financial close and capacity building. Amandeep has steered more than 60 PPP projects/programs across different sectors viz-a-viz transport, renewable energy, healthcare, education, accommodation, solid waste management, water supply & sanitation, tourism, agriculture and sports infrastructure.


Amandeep has consistently excelled at focusing on sustainable development and pro-people interventions through PPPs. He has served as PPP Advisor to various governments in the developing economies and is passionate about the knowledge transfer. He worked extensively in Asia and Africa continents and led a few strategic and landmark PPP transactions.


He has served as PPP Advisor to numerous governments in Africa (Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zanzibar among others) and Asia (including projects in Philippines, Bangladesh and a number of states in India).

His extensive experience in Asia and Africa will help us to increase further the quality of our trainings to practitioners working in these two region.


With Amandeep, K-infra has gathered a team of 13 trainers accredited to deliver CP3P trainings worldwide. It is a privilege for us to work with professionals who continue incorporating knowledge and good practices in Public Private Partnerships.
