About CP3P© Accreditation and PPP Certification Program

The PPP Certification Program is an innovation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the World Bank (WBG). It is partially funded by the Public-Private In-frastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and managed by APMG International™.

This Program aims to promote a common knowledge base on Public-Private Partnerships worldwide. Its structure is composed of three exams corresponding to three levels (Foundation, Preparation and Execution), which are intended to demonstrate sufficient mastery of the 8 chapters that make up the PPP Certification Guide. The body of knowledge of the CP3P© Accreditation is solely and exclusively this Guide, whose main author is Andrés Rebollo, CEO of K-infra.

K-Infra is an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) in the APMG International™ CP3P© program, being the leading company in the delivery of preparatory training for obtaining the CP3P© Accreditation. It has 14 accredited trainers and more than 4,500 trained professionals, including professionals from the World Bank, IFC, IDB, ADB, EBRD, AFDB, CABEI, and representatives of more than 36 governments around the world.
