2 years ago Inter-American Development Bank asked us to deliver the first CP3P Foundation training to Jamaica´s officials. A group of more than 20 professionals led by Development Bank of Jamaica Limited and including representatives from The Port Authority of Jamaica, Ministry of Finance, Jamaica, Economic and Ministry of Industry, Investment & Commerce & National Water Commission. This was a big effort under the mandate of IDB with the coordination of José Yitani-Rios, Senior Specialist from IDB/HQ and Jodi Ho Lung from IDB in Jamaica
Andrés Rebollo delivered the first course. Later on, we proceeded with Preparation delivered by Borja Rubio de la Rocha and now (and this time on site Face to Face!) we concluded with Execution delivered by Marcel van den Broek.
Now we have 21 government professionals fully certified in APMG’s Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program and with one of the best marks that we have enjoyed among public officials worldwide.
Congratulations to Alicia Bish; Ayanna Campbell, Carlene O’Connor; Denise Arana; Francine Elizabeth Williams; George Nicholson; Glaister Cunningham; Lewis Lakeman; Matthieu Beckford; Maureen Howell, Michelle Young; Monica O’Meally; Nicola Russell; Omar Chedda; Paul Miller; Rashida Wynter-Donaldson; Renee Rattray; Ricardo Munroe; Suewayne Miller; Suzette Bryan; Toni Maxwell and thank you for all the deep interactions, comments and true commitment with the courses. It has been for us a wonderful journey.
Thank you to IDB for trusting on us for this task. Thank you to José Yitani-Rios, Jodi Ho Lung and Mariana Rios for coordinating with us this 2 year long certification. Special thanks to Tariq Alli, IDB country Rep in Jamaica, Gaston Astesiano, PPP Team Leader at the IDB, Juan Bonnefoy, INDES Chief and Lorenzo Escondeur, Chief of operations in Jamaica.
