Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) Foundation Madrid 6
This course will be taught in English. Likewise, the course materials and the exam will be in English.
The Foundation level is the first level and the first exam of the Certified PPP Professional (CP3P ©) program, promoted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the World Bank Group (WBG) and is partially funded by the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF). The Certification is managed by APMG. This course will prepare you for the exam and give you the greatest chance of success.
The Foundation level’s main objective is to demonstrate knowledge of chapter 1 of the PPP Guide, the body of knowledge on which the Certified PPP Program and the Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) qualification are based. You can find more information about the Program and the Guide at Program and the Guide. The CP3P© – Foundation accreditation is a prerequisite for the exams of the next two levels of the certificate.
The program follows the structure of the contents of the first chapter of the CP3P© Guide and will include 20 hours of face-to-face sessions.
The course consists of 4 days of face-to-face class preceded by two weeks of online course with preparatory work previous to the face-to-face sessions. This preparatory work will be delivered via videoconference and will include practical and interactive content to complement the theory presented in the Guide. Students will address practice questions in the same format as the exam, as well as two simulation exams during the last days of the course, the solution of which will be discussed and explained by the trainer.
The price of the course is 2,250€ for the private sector (with discounts available for groups), while the public sector has a discounted price of 2,150€.
Additionally, the exam fee is 245€ for the private sector and 225€ for the public sector.

He is currently partner at K-infra and an accredited CP3P trainer for the PPP Expert Certification. He also works as an independent expert for different companies. Borja is an accredited trainer in Foundation and Execution and certified in Preparation.
