Certified PPP Professional (CP3P©) Virtual Foundation Course - 1st Edition SPANISH
The Foundation level is the first level and the first exam of the Certified PPP Professional (CP3P ©) program, promoted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the World Bank Group (WBG) and is partially funded by the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF). The Certification is managed by APMG. This course will prepare you for the exam and give you the greatest chance of success.
The Foundation level’s main objective is to demonstrate knowledge of PPPs as described in the PPP Guide, the body of knowledge on which the Certified PPP Program is based. You can find more information about the Program and the Guide at Program and the Guide. The CP3P© – Foundation accreditation is a prerequisite for the exams of the next two levels of the certificate.
The course will be delivered by Mateo de los Ríos and Andrés Rebollo (lead author of the PPP Certification Program Guide).
The program follows the structure of the contents of the first Chapter of the CP3P Guide and will include 20 hours of virtual lectures spread out during 5 days. The course will be delivered through videoconference and is expected to be highly interactive and include practical content to complement the theory presented in the Guide as well as interactive games during the course. Students will tackle practice questions in the same format as the exam, as well as two simulation exams during the last days of the course, whose solution will be discussed and explained by the trainer.

Due to the unusual circumstances of the world today, and as we want to encourage the people to stay at home and make the best of their time, this first edition of our Foundation course in virtual / streaming mode will benefit from heavily discounted price of 750 US$ for private sector and 525US$ for public sector and MDBs, between 50-60% discount over the price of our face to face courses.
Additionally, participants wishing to undertake the exam must pay an exam fee. K-Infrastructure, as Accredited Training Organization, has access to discounted price for exam fees that APMG grants to ATOs and their Affiliates.
The official APMG´s exam fee for a Foundation course delivered in or from Spain is 245US$ for public sector representatives and 270US$ for private sector practitioners

Andrés Rebollo is the main responsible for the design of K-Infra´s PPP courses. Founder and CEO of K-Infra and independent PPP Senior advisor from 2015. 20+ years of experience with 60 + PPP projects advised in all relevant sectors globally. Ex-Partner Head of Infrastructure & PPP in Deloitte Spain (until 2014), and previously Adeinfra founder (acquired by Deloitte in 2008).

Mateo De Los Ríos Vélez
Mateo is an investment banking consultant, financial advisor and Public Private Partnership advisor. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the Colombian and Latin American infrastructure industry, advising public entities and structuring PPP infrastructure projects. He is certified as a CP3P trainer and has trained public servants in governments such as El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia and Tunisia. During his career he has advised more than 60 projects related to the structuring, evaluation, validation and supervision of projects with private capital investment for highways, ports, airports, light rail, energy, telecommunications, logistics activities areas, parking, health centers, public buildings, canals and locks, submerged heritage, sports centers, museums, natural parks and amusement park.
