Execution is the third and last level of the APMG Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program, based on the CP3P© Guide. The objective of this course is to help candidates to prepare and face the level exam with the maximum guarantees of approval.

About the CP3P© Execution Course and the PPP Certification Program
This course accredits sufficient mastery of Chapters 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the PPP Guide, the body of knowledge on which the PPP Certification Program and the Certified PPP Professional (CP3P©) title are based.
The program follows the structure of the contents of Chapters 5 to 8 of the Guide. The course will be highly interactive and will include practical content and examples to complement the theory. Students will tackle practice questions in the same format as the exam, as well as a simulation exam during the face to face part of the course.
The course will be delivered in blended modality, consisting of two weeks ofmonitored study and work “at home”, with practice tests and materials providedthrough our learning management system (LMS) and tuition sessions handled through online meetings with the trainer. This part of the course will last two weeks.
The PPP Certification Program is of particular value for professionals in the area of Public-Private Partnerships, including public sector representatives, private sector professionals, consultants, advisors, multilateral agencies and IFIs.

*Exam fees not included: for those participants interested in taking the official exam to access to the certificate, the exam fee has to be added to this price. Exam fee is stablished by APMG and depends on the sector of the participant (whether public or private sector representative) and on the development category of the country hosting the course as per the World Bank´s Country Classification http://data.worldbank.org/about/country-and-lending-groups. As this course is delivered in person in Spain, the following exam fees apply: $351 for public sector and $377 for private sector.

Andrés is the main responsible for the design of the courses and is the academic director of most of them. He has more than 20 years of experience and more than 60 PPP projects advised in all sectors and in several countries. Andrés is the Lead Author of the “PPP Certification Program Guide”. He was partner in charge of Infrastructure & PPP at Deloitte until June 2014, and previously founder of Adeinfra (acquired by Deloitte in 2008). He is currently CEO of K-Infra and has been a senior independent advisor on PPPs since 2015.

Trainer
Borja has developed his career in the field of business development in the PPP market, for companies such as Puertos del Estado, Prointec, Indra, Talgo, Everis, among others. With nearly 20 years of professional practice in the field of PPPs, he has developed projects in the Transport, Infrastructure, Defense, Technology, Water and Energy sectors. He is currently a partner of K-infra and CP3P accredited trainer for the three levels of PPP expert certification. He also works as an independent expert for different companies.
