About the PPP Contract Management course
Contract management is probably the most neglected aspect of Public Private Partnership management. Governments tend to apply the same mechanisms they use in conventional contracts, ignoring the greater complexity of PPPs. PPP contract management is about managing performance, finances, risks, changes, disputes and any threats that may affect the success of the project. This course provides candidates with the ability to design, implement and administer an efficient contract management system, taking into account all variables.
A highly interactive and practical course with 20 hours of on-live training distributed in 7 days.
At least basic knowledge of Public-Private Partnerships is required for this course. CP3P© Foundation Certification recommended.
