PPP Contract Management - 1st Virtual Edition
The main objective of the course is to train all the actors involved in contract management: contracting entities (the “owner” of the project), regulatory agencies, PPP Units, units of Ministries of Finance and others involved in the management of PPP project contracts, as well as their consultants and advisors.
This is done by facilitating a proper understanding of the key aspects of PPP contract management and the essential elements to be developed and implemented.
The course will be delivered by Andrés Rebollo and it is based on the materials prepared by Andrés and Richard Foster.
The course will include 22 effective training hours of live classes, divided into 7 days. The live online classes will be facilitated through our virtual classroom system via CiscoWebexMeetings©.
Some reference materials are in English but the course will be delivered in Spanish.
This first edition of our virtual/streaming mode has a price of 975US$ for public sector and MDBs and 1.1300US$ for private sector.
This course is of special value to any professional interested in learning more about this important assessment and its role in the process of PPP analysis and project approval.
Note: It is necessary to have a basic knowledge on the subject of Public-Private Partnerships.
Andrés Rebollo is founder and CEO of K-infra and senior independent PPP advisor. 20+ years of experience with more than 60 PPP projects advised worldwide in all relevant sectors. Partner responsible for Infrastructure & PPP at Deloitte (until 2014), and previously founder of Adeinfra (acquired by Deloitte in 2008). Andrés has trained in PPP to staff of WB, IFC, IDB, EBRD, governments such as Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine as well as staff of companies such as CAF, Cintra, Valoriza, Acciona, Abanca or Banco de Santander.
Andres is co-author with Richard Foster of the Contract Management Guide for the Government of Turkey (funded by WB), the Contract Management Guide for the Government of Ecuador / Development Bank of Ecuador (funded by IDB) and other best practice guides on PPP management such as the Guidelines and Manuals of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro or the Guide to the PPP Expert Certification Program (CP3P ©) of APMG of which he is the main author.
Richard is a partner of K-infra and Managing Director of Foster Infrastructure, a company that collaborates with K-infra on a recurring basis in the development of best practice guides and materials as well as on various specialised courses.
Richard has over 20 years experience in the PPP field. Member of Partnerships Victoria (Victorian PPP Unit, Australia – 2002 to 2011), before founding Foster Infrastructure, a company that provides strategic, commercial and risk management advice in the PPP field, as well as training services to government agencies, multilateral agencies and others.
Richard is co-author of the Vitoria (Australia) PPP Contract Management Guide and co-lead author of the CP3P Certificate Guide ©.
