K-Infra contracted for the Urban Rail Guidebook revision

The World Bank Group is developing a comprehensive Guidebook on urban rail development. The Urban Rail Guidebook’s objective is to generate knowledge to inform the planning and implementation of urban rail projects in developing economies with a view towards maximizing the value of private participation, making projects more sustainable and improving access to socio-economic opportunities for the urban poor.

Andrés Rebollo will provide an expert revision of the chapters related to private finance and PPP procurement, based on his extensive experience in urban rail PPPs and urban transport, including projects as Tranvía de Zaragoza, Metro de Tenerife Phase 1 and 2, Metro de Granada, Zaragoza bus transport concession (all of them under operations), Barcelona ATM ticketing system (T-mobilitat, in construction), apart from the appraisal and structuring of other PPP urban rail projects not yet tendered out.
