PPP Project structure or Project structure

The PPP project structure refers to the architecture of contractual relationships and cash-flows that govern the development and life of the project.
It includes the PPP contract structure and the structure of the private contracts (also referred to as the downstream contract structure) that documents and allocates the responsibilities, obligations, risks, and rewards inherent to the PPP contract.
“PPP project structuring” is a term used for the process of developing the PPP contract structure and the structure of the tender process.
