About the Fiscal Impact Management course
The course on PPP Fiscal Impact Management covers the identification, evaluation, quantification, control, budgeting and reporting of the fiscal obligations of Public Private Partnerships, both direct and contingent. The course is designed from the perspective of the governing body of a country’s fiscal risk system and the contracting entities in charge of submitting the projects for fiscal evaluation and control and its monitoring.
A highly interactive and practical course with with 18 hours of on-live training distributed in 6 days of virtual classes.
At least basic knowledge of Public-Private Partnerships is required for this course. CP3P© Foundation Certification recommended

Andres is the main responsible for the design of the courses and is the academic director of most of them. He has more than 20 years of experience and more than 60 PPP projects advised in all sectors and in several countries. Andrés is the Lead Author of the “PPP Certification Program Guide”. He was partner in charge of Infrastructure & PPP at Deloitte until June 2014, and previously founder of Adeinfra (acquired by Deloitte in 2008). He is currently CEO of K-Infra and has been a senior independent advisor on PPPs since 2015.
